Donation and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting SACH Global Foundation. This policy explains how donations work and when refunds are possible.

Donations are generally final

Because donations are put to work for the causes you support, they are generally non-refundable. We understand mistakes happen, so we review every refund request fairly.

Donations made in error

If you donated the wrong amount, donated twice by mistake or did not authorize a charge, contact us within 30 days at contact@sachgf.org. Please include the date, the amount and the email address used for the donation. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Monthly donations

You can cancel or change a monthly donation at any time from your donor dashboard, or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future payments. Payments already made are not refunded automatically, but you may request a refund for a recent payment made in error.

Disputed charges

If you do not recognize a charge from SACH Global Foundation, please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank. We can usually resolve questions quickly.

Tax note

SACH Global Foundation does not currently hold IRS 501(c)(3) recognition, so donations are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions at this time. Please consult your tax adviser. If a donation is refunded, it is no longer a charitable gift and should not be claimed.
